This on the other hand is kinda neat.
I just wish now that US spec GTI’s didn’t have two cats vs the EU’s one, because sound.

If I had those options it could come in handy with left laners.

Lets face it though, that is a much more entertaining way to show the features than what are basically how to videos for dealers.

Thank god it had a DSG, the fast shifts helped him get away from certain death. If he had a manual he would have been screwed due to the slow shifts.

I mean, it is faster in real life... Plus, the manual is bad and is an afterthought for the shit flinging manual elitists.

“A couple tenths mean nothing to the driver who wants to row their own gears, and knows they’re not trying to set the lap record at Laguna Seca.” - Kurt Bradley
The hearse driving me to my grave better be manual, there is no soul in pulling on a paddle. Executing the perfect heel-toe down shift is what makes owning a manual worth it.

Please, go drive a manual vs DSG mk7. Stock vs Stock, the DSG is significantly more engaging. The manual feels as disconnected as a Logitec controller, and the clutch is effortlessly light. There isn’t much joy in driving one if you’ve driven a good one.
